OPM stands for Online Project Management. This custom-built
application keeps our projects on track, on schedule and on budget -- while tracking
files, people, discussions and more. It smoothes communications between all project
stakeholders while keeping an audit trail -- so new players can come up to speed
quickly and veterans are never left behind. Since it leverages email and the web,
user acceptance (often a problem with these kinds of applications) levels are
